1. Physically - in the arm.
2. Not having a community center and relate economic and cultural benefits.
3. Over a thousand 911 calls not responded to, including over 500 emergencies… like a church getting broken into in Oakland.
4. Over $600,000 dollars spent on security that day, $10/meal in jail system brings total to well over a million dollars. This is taxpayer money that comes directly out of other services.
5. ruined a good chance to get involved in #occupy consciousness, the festivals that were to be on that weekend.
6. Takes away their right to protest and assemble.
7. Bad reporters after attack puts U.S. closer to war.
8. Bad police decisions alert Federal level for backup (can be lethal.).
9. Less support network if they lose a job or home.
10. Deters visitors and tourists from visiting Oakland because they think it’s dangerous.
Unnecessary force when trying to get things to run their way… Police to go under recievership. What really happened, and what is currently happening?
